Will you provide an interactive safety activity and/or demonstration on event day? *

If your sponsorship includes a booth space at the event, KASF will only provide the space. We can provide a tent, table, and chairs for an additional fee. All booth items must stay within the confines of your designated booth space.

I will provide my own tent, tables, and chairs. I understand my tent must be appropriately weighted down with sandbags, cinder blocks, etc.
I need KASF to provide a tent, table, and/or chairs for my booth. Please contact KASF.Logistics@KASF.us to discuss rental prices.

Swag Bag Item

Will you provide promotional items/materials/giveaways for KASF swag bags? *

KASF is stuffing 1,000 swag bags. Sponsors may provide as many items as possible, up to 1,000 pieces. Items must be delivered to KASF no later than September 1, 2023. Deliver to HCESD 48, Attn: Lia Hales, 21201 Morton Road, Katy, TX 77449.
